Customer Service and Level 2 Safeguarding Training as standard as well as a higher pay rate for our operators

All in-house provider with bonus-incentivised officers, if they do a good job, they are financially rewarded for it.

Security can often be a thankless and boring job, by incentivising our officers with a higher pay rate, service matched bonuses, and state of the art training, we keep our officers engaged and enthused to deliver a great job on site. This also enables us to recruit from a higher quality pool of security officers.

We do not tolerate poor punctuality, if our officer is more than 20 mins late you will receive the following three hours free of charge

Security is already very expensive; by paying a marginal amount more we guarantee a much more improved service that makes your business more net profit by mitigating loss through security.
